Thank you
for your
interest in
Christian
Chat Network
or CCNet for
short. Many
weeks, days,
and hours
have gone
into this
network to
make it one
of the most
solid,
efficient,
and well
established
Christian
networks
around than
any other
pure
Christian
server. As
with most
servers, we
have rules
that we have
set down in
order to
keep CCNet
alive and on
fire for
God!
Disciplinary
action will
be taken if
a rule(s) is
broken.
Depending on
the
situation, a
user might
be kicked
off the
server
(/kill) or
if the
offense is
bad enough,
the user
will be
banned from
the server
(/kline).
Here are
CCNet's
rules:
1) Treat
everyone
with the
same respect
that a
normal
person would
expect. No
one is
better than
another
person.
There is no
reason to
treat
someone like
dirt just
because you
don't like
them. Keep
your
opinions to
yourself and
don't
influence
others to
your side.
Also, don't
harass other
users.
2) NO
CURSING!
Cursing will
NEVER be
tolerated
nor allowed
on CCNet.
This is
against
God's will
as well as
disrespecting
others
(which also
violates
rule #1).
Any user
that curses
will be
subject to a
/kill and
possibly a /kline.
3) Please
follow
channel
rules and
respect your
fellow users
and
administrators.
4) No warez
distributing
(warez is
illegal
trade of
software).
This is
against the
law and if
you are
caught
distributing,
you may be
subject to a
large fine
and possibly
spending
time in a
jail/prison.
5) No sex
channels or
any sexually
related
channels.
This also
includes
talking
about sex or
sexually
related
material.
Any time
this rule is
broken, an
immediate /kline
will be
established
and you will
be banned
from CCNet
for a
certain
amount of
time.
6) Bots are
not allowed
unless they
are user
friendly/BibleBots.
If you
desire a bot
in your
channel, you
need to
contact
CCNet
and state
what you
would like
to do and
the purpose
of the bot.
Your
application
will be
reviewed and
you should
be notified
within 5
business
days. Bots
such as
CloneBots,
WarBots,
FloodBots,
and any of
the type are
not
permitted.
When found,
you will be
given a
warning and
if you do
not comply
to the
warning, you
and the bot
will be /kline'd
from CCNet.
7) Requests
for O-lines
will be
ignored.
Operator
status is
assigned by
the
administration
of CCNet,
not
requested.
Becoming an
IRC Operator
requires not
only a
strong
working
knowledge of
IRC and this
IRC network,
but also a
working
relationship
with admins
and other
opers. Opers
are selected
when there
is a need,
and never
given based
on who is
asking for
it.
8) Have an
awesome
time! We are
here on this
earth to
glorify and
praise our
God that is
in Heaven.
Lets make
the best of
it! Just
have a good
time and
comply with
the rules.
If we all
live by
God's
command, we
will have an
awesome time
in our lives
and on this
network! As
an old
saying said:
"For
believers,
this is the
only taste
of hell that
we will ever
see. Whereas
for
unbelievers,
this is the
only piece
of Heaven
they will
ever see."
Praise God!
