Unhappy Fallen and Broken

I am new here and I have been away from the chuirch and God for 15 years. I am battleing a serious cocain addiction and I need to get cleaned up and renew my realtionship with God. If you can find it in your heart, please pray for me and my husband.

Default Blessings from England

Precious sister

Please be assured of our prayers, Our loving Father has been waiting and watching a long time and runs to greet you and welcome you back to His loving care and protection.

If you can read and pray Psalm 51 and may our Loving Father place His arms of love around you and be very real to you both.

Find a church somewhere that shows the love of Jesus in both teaching and actions and join there and may God our Loving Father guide you.

I His loving service john

God has been waiting with open arms to welcome you home. Run back to him. You don't have to wait. I pray that God will deliver you instantly from your addiction, but if He chooses to go another route, I pray that you will be sensitive to His guidance and find the help you need. God is not rejecting you, my sister. He accepts you just the way you are. He will help you overcome.

Dear Holy Father we praise and thank you for this forum where our sister has come to ask for prayer. Father we know that when we return to you that you are there with open arms ready to greet us. We all fail you at times in our lives God and it is through your loving, tender mercy that you never leave us nor forsake us. God please pull this sister and her husband close to you and continue inspiring them to seek You and ask for Your guidance. Drugs can get a strong grip on us BUT Hallelujah we know that YOUR grip is stronger. We know that YOU told us in your word that NO ONE takes us from Your hand. God thank you for Your Holy Spirit without which this sister would not be here asking for prayer. I pray that this sister and her husband will continue getting the help they need.

Lord please continue opening doors for them as they seek to draw to You. Lead them to a Bible believing church so that they may get the support from a group of believers.

Praise You God for all You do for us. In Your Son's Jesus Christ's Holy name I pray AMEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi SaxLady,

I am no man of God and I haven't been faithful to my faith either. I am however a first class sinner and have spend most of time in the fantasy of my own mind. I cannot tell you what God has to offer or how you can seek salvation - I am too young for that. I can tell you what a sinners life is and how hard it is for the prodigal son to return. We all like to suspend our thinking and yield to anothers will or the live in the shadow of intoxication so we don't have to face the reality of our situation - the human condition. When faced with odds we feel inferior which results in either succumbing or suspending our thoughts. Instead of facing the trials and tribulations we often choose the easy way way out, the anaesthesia to all your troubles but as we all know it wont last. We will be a slave to the devices that temporarily free our minds.

In order to escape from this trap you must realise the cause. After you have realised the cause oppose it with all your life. It will be the hardest thing you will do and you will lose a lot depending on how deep you are in addiction. Second you must find a place that will console you... Third you must give your life to a cause. This final act will free you from all the sins that have kept you in shame.

For me I have found consolation in Jesus Christ and the cause I gave myself to is to help people in need. Things have turned pretty good for me. I am not saying I will not face any trials but when I do I will be ready
