i live in arkansas and im only 16 i had the surgey late wensday night at 12:00Am the next day they let me go home they said just stay in bed and rest

I've never used a chat room before but I'm sort of desperate for some advice here. I am a Mom who found a picture on my 14 year old sons phone today that was very unappropriate, I want to handle it so that he doesn't lose trust in me but understands it is unacceptable and not something God would approve of either, any suggestions
