Many have heard of my recent weight loss as a result of my own made up diet. As a result of this , I have decided to post my basic diet in a blog entry for anyone to take a look at. It's not a crazy fad type diet , I consider it highly balanced and very nutritious. If you like the idea , go ahead and try it out for yourself.
