Tonight I have been banned from christian chat by BrianB without warning or explanation. The ban is for 15 days. Yes I know people will say "if you have a complaint, use the feedback form" Fact is, last time I used the feedback form I heard NOTHING back and still haven't heard anything back for over a week now. I broke no rules tonight on christian chat that I can see. This is RIDICULUOUS. I at LEAST deserve an explanation.

I would have replied privately but since you chose to post publicly, here's the problem. You have been part of starting many arguments in lobby over the last several months. You know lobby is our welcome channel and should be kept as such but you keep trying to start an argument and disrupt the chat. This is not good for everyone else so a 15 day timeout was my decision. This is not permanent, please feel free to post on forums and visit again soon. Thanks.

BrianB, that is so false, I have started NO arguments in lobby at all over the last few months and I am WELL aware of being careful not to start arguments in #lobby after I was banned from there for ages by Kathe months ago. If I have anything that I consider may be at all controversial I will take it to #topix to discuss. I know the rules and I offer you this challenge Brian. Show any evidence of me starting an argument in the #lobby over the last two months and I will take my akill like a man and even apologise publicly if I am wrong. The fact is this Brian, if I had started arguments in the #lobby then I would have been banned from there, but the fact is that I have NOT been banned from there at all since I came back from the last one.

I am not going to take this lying down, either BrianB is busy looking for evidence to backup his claim that I start arguments in #lobby and am disruptive there, or there is NO evidence to support such a claim. I am entitled to ask for evidence if someone makes an accusation against me. I think the fact that I have not been warned by ops for being disruptive in lobby speaks for itself. I know to take controversial issues to #topix and know what the server rules are. So, BrianB are you going to just use an ambit claim that I am disruptive to akill me from the server to 'teach me a lesson', or are you going to back up your claim with evidence to the contrary. We shall see I guess.

If you were simply asking the question for a proper answer you wouldn't have created 3 threads in the public forum. You wouldn't have worded them all as insults and demands. I think that your posts in this thread alone shows you are trying to simply stir things up for attention.

The purpose of lobby is to have a welcoming channel in the live chat for new users to get to know each other. The type of action you are demonstrating here is not appropriate for lobby.

Yes, I created 3 threads in forums. I wanted to bring my plight to the attention of others. I am upset that I have been akilled from the server for something that I feel I am not guilty of. It's not uncommon for people to react that way when they feel they have been wronged. You have avoided my requests where I asked for evidence of where I have been starting arguments in the lobby. If you are going to akill me from the server at least show proof of it. That is a reasonable thing to ask. I am insulted myself that I am banned for 15 days on somebody else's whim that doesn't appear to have anything to back it up other than their say so. If you do indeed have this evidence then why not just show it to me and I will gladly recant what I have said. Forums are totally different from the lobby. The lobby is live chat, I know the difference between chat and forums and I know the rules of the lobby and that it is a meet and greet channel. Like I have already stated, I go to topix once the conversation is starting to get away from the intended purpose of the main channel. So what is inappropriate for lobby is totally different to what is appropriate here. If you felt that my actions were inappropriate in the lobby then why haven't I received a single warning from the ops in there lately? Anyway the ball is in your court now. If you have evidence and are willing to show it to me, feel free to do so, if not just say no. This is not a demand, just a simple fair request.
