1 Lg. Box cheerios
1 box corn Chex 1 box rice Chex 1 bag pretzels 5 oz. Wesson Oil 1 28 oz. Jar of Chunky peanut butter 2 42-oz. bags peanut (or plain) m & ms 2 cans mixed nuts 1 Can whole cashews Pre-heat the oven or roaster oven to 200 degrees. You need a large pan if you make the full batch. (We use an 18-quart roaster pan because the roaster oven it came from died a sudden death years ago.) Dump all of the cereal, pretzels, mixed nuts and cashews into the pan. Pour the five ounces of Wesson Oil evenly over the top of the contents and stir everything up very thoroughly. Next, spatula dollups of peanut butter over the top of the contents. Place the pan in the oven and let it heat up to temperature for about 1/2 an hour. Once the peanut butter has somewhat liquified, begin stirring it all together carefully (with a wooden spoon to keep everything from breaking up). Take it out and stir it every 1/2 hour for the next 4 to 6 hours. The slow process allows the Wesson Oil to help the peanut butter to coat and soak into all of the cereal and other ingredients. Cover with foil and allow the whole thing to cool overnight. When it is cooled, you can stir in the M & Ms. Enjoy
