This is my baked bean recipe. Yes, I stole it off the back of the huge can of Van De Camps pork and beans. I did figure out how to 1/2 it. The 1/2 recipe makes a 9x12 pan amount. I don't like molasses, so i omit that.
Baked Beans 1 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled 7 pound 2ounce can pork and beans 1 3/4 cup chopped onion 1 3/4 cup ketchup 3/4 cup brown sugar 1/3 cup mustard 2 tablespoons Worcestershire 3/4 cup molasses (optional) Combine all ingredients, bake at 350 for 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes. 1/2 recipe 1/2 pound bacon 3 pounds canned pork and beans 3/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons chopped onion 3/4 cup plus 2 tablespoon ketchup 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoon brown sugar 2 tablespoons mustard 1 tablespoon Worcestershire 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoon molasses (optional) |
