I just wanted to let everyone know about a few new updates. We now have a new version of ChatBot is online. Don't worry, everything still works the same way, because the changes we made were mostly internal. ChatBot runs much faster so it will be able to handle even more chatters as we grow

One new feature is a Bible search we are testing out. I'm not good at remembering references, so next time you are trying to find a verse please try this:
/cb kjvsearch dove heaven

Chatbot will reply with verses you may want to look up:
-ChatBot- Showing results 1-2 of 2
-ChatBot- LUKE 3:22
-ChatBot- JOHN 1:32

The 3 search commands are: KJVsearch NKJVsearch NASBsearch

This is something we're still improving, so if you have any suggestions or comments, please reply to this post. We'd appreciate the input.

One other new feature that we added was that ChatBot can now make announcements in #Lobby. When a new featured forum post is made, ChatBot will post a really short description and a link so you will always be up to date on what is going on.


We also setup our Facebook page and you can also follow us on Twitter.

I'd like to thank Undying for taking so much time to completely re-write the internals of ChatBot and for adding in the modules so we could tie it in with our forums. I'd also like to thank Jeff for helping with the Facebook and Twitter updates.
